Garden of the minds
The mind is everything. What we think we become.”
~Buddha
Our minds are very much like a garden.
We can decide what flowers, plants, fruit or vegetables grow in it,
and if we’re wise we’ll constantly take time to make sure that
weeds and thorns don’t also grow and overtake the garden.
The garden is reliant on us to help it grow by feeding it and pruning it.
Not one time but we have to feed it & prune it that
has to be needed constant maintenance along the our life
to blossom beautiful flowers , produce delicious sweet fruits and
crop healthy vegetables at all time.
There’s a Chinese proverb that says
“A closed mind is like a closed book; just a block of wood.”
We should have at least 10minutes
to review or think of our daily life
before going to bed every night.
So we could trim it , prune it , feed it , alter it
for better tomorrow.
Perhaps do the same
at the end of the week, month and year.
We should be a gardener for our own garden to live in better life for all.
